We know most sporting, aquatic and recreation based services don't have the resources or are not in a financial position to have permanent people employed in every aspect of business compliance. That's where we come in. We understand the complex environments, competing priorities and we aim to offer you a service that helps your programs reach their full potential. Because then, everyone wins.

You could be a swimming coach looking to progress your career and need a few mentoring sessions or peak national body, who requires assistance to develop a new strategic plan. There is no task too big or too small - we are here to help. 

Engagement's can vary depending on the needs you may have. From a few hours work to write a few policies through to a full scale project developing, training and integrating a new employee wellbeing framework. Once you commence an engagement with Strategic Sporting Solutions, we consider you to be a part of our network and if you seek to use our services from time to time on an as needs basis or for a longer term project, that's okay with us. 

Sometimes you might have a list of support or project's on the go and a limited budget. We can help you prioritise an action plan to gradually achieve all of your goals and we are happy to talk about this and assist you in an online or face to face meeting at your request.

We understand there are occasions where a project or matter may require confidentiality. Our team are happy to have discussions about the project or issue at hand in confidence and subject to consideration of the topic or issue, we are not opposed to signing non-disclosure agreements.

Strategic Sporting Solutions always aims to provide a service that clients come away from feeling the service provided was of excellent value. Whilst we don't offer refunds for services rendered, if you feel that our services did not meet your expectations, please don't hesitate to contact us early, to discuss potential resolution options.
