Strategic Sporting Solutions can complete an audit of an existing constitution, work with you to update your constitution, and support by-laws integration to align with the constitution.    

Like other non-profit entities, not-for-profit sporting organizations should have sound, up-to-date policies to guide the board and operations. Does your board have one? A Board Charter? Conflict of Interest Policy, Ethics and Conduct Policy, Financial Management, Record Keeping, Board Roles and Responsibilities Policies? The list goes on.
